Meet Matthew Head
Matthew joins LENS & LASIK from Seafair Capital, where he served as Executive Vice President. During his 17-year tenure, he helped shape several key healthcare initiatives, including the launch of a multi-disciplinary home care business in Florida and the creation of Headway, a division that distributed essential personal protective equipment across Canada during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
His experience spans across operations, growth strategy, and healthcare innovation — all rooted in a strong belief in people-first leadership.
